The influence of forming modes on the density and mechanical properties of powder titanium rolled products under rolling conditions at temperatures from 20 to 600 oC both in an argon atmosphere and in air was studied. It was established that the use of the asymmetric rolling method allows to significantly improve the mechanical properties of powdered titanium strips compared to symmetric rolling due to the shear component of the deformation, which improves the conditions of contact formation at the particle boundaries. The quality of contacts between particles in materials obtained by asymmetric rolling is an order of magnitude higher than in materials after symmetric rolling.
