The purpose of the work: to study the peculiarities of the formation of reservoirs and flows of Carbon and Nitrogen depending on soil processes, the composition of vegetation and microbiocenosis in order to find out the functional relationships between the components of natural and artificial biogeocenoses. The task of the research: to develop the concept of studies of Carbon and Nitrogen exchange in natural and model forest and meadow-steppe biogeocenoses. The influence of stress factors associated with climatic changes on the circulation of allelopathically active compounds in the plant-soil system was studied. The microbiological component of the transformation of Carbon and Nitrogen in the soils of the investigated biogeocenoses was analyzed. Research methods. Methods of field observations, biotests, microbiological and physiological-biochemical studies were applied. The vital state of plants was assessed by physiological and biochemical indicators of growth and development, photosynthesis, activity of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant protection systems.
