The proposed system was optimized for highly accurate and highly selective determination of low concentrations of the specified substrates during long-term operation in complex biological samples. Based on the results of using this biosensor system for the analysis of substrates in biological fluids, a protocol was formulated for the use of the developed smart system for the analysis of a number of neurotransmitters in fluids.
