The SRW is based on the requirements established by the International Maritime Organization; Annexes I, IV, VI to the MARPOL Convention as for prevention of pollution by waters containing oil residues, sewage from ships and prevention of pollution of the atmospheric environment from ships; The National Transport Strategy of Ukraine for the period until 2030 (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 30.05.2018 No. 430-р). In the work was carried out monitoring of the critical state of natural reservoirs and water resources, in particular the Danube River and its internal tributaries, according to indicators: biochemical oxygen consumption, total nitrogen, total suspended solids, sulfates, chlorides, etc. With the help of correlation analysis implemented in software MINITAB 19, the given data are confirmed by mathematical statistics. An analysis of the ecological problem of marine sources due to pollution by sewage and ballast water was carried out. This analysis became the basis for the creation of a reliable design solution - a priority direction of disinfection/purification of sewage flows in the marine environment, with an increase in the level of ecological operation of ships, in accordance with the requirements of the standard D-2 IMO. It has been developed a fuzzy model of reliability the software system which allows to predict the number of defects in the modules of the new software system with reference to the elimination the environmental hazards in maritime transport, with a focus on the preservation of bio- and energy resources.
