The structure and physicochemical properties of oligomers were investigated. Polyurethanes based on vegetable oils were obtained by the non-isocyanate method. Urethane amide hardeners of epoxy composite polymer materials based on fatty acid esters of rapeseed and soybean oils have been developed. Experimental work was carried out on the production and testing of samples of polyurethane composite polymer material based on reactive oligomers using bioglycerol as a crosslinking agent. The obtained materials have satisfactory strength and relative elongation during stretching, low water absorption and resistance to aging. A method for the synthesis of soybean oil epoxycyclocarbonates with different contents of cyclocarbonate and epoxy groups has been developed. Rheological and physicochemical properties of cyclocarbonates were studied. A test report was obtained for the developed plasticizer based on methyl ester of rapeseed oil and piperazine. Triisocyanates based on modified vegetable oils were obtained, which were used as hardeners for rubber adhesive compositions. The Technical conditions for the AT-1 hardener based on vegetable oils were revised and the data entered into the "TU UKRAINE" database. Product Description popup.authors Barantsova Antonina V.
