It has been established that membranes with clearly flat parallel sides and perfectly polished surfaces are the best for filling membranes with crystalline substances. The most optimal conditions for the technology of obtaining nanocrystalline samples from saturated aqueous solutions of KDP, ADP, KB5, Ba(NO3)2 have been worked out - the method of elevated temperatures and the use of ultrasound. The technological conditions for the synthesis of KH2PO4, NH4H2PO4 nanocrystals in the thickness of nanoporous Al2O3, Si and SiO2 matrices were selected. X-ray structural studies demonstrated the fundamental possibility of forming KDP, ADP, KB5, Ba(NO3)2 crystallites in Al2O3, SiO2 and Si porous matrices. Their surface morphology and structural features were studied using a scanning electron microscope. Using the method of scanning electron microscopy, the spatial morphology of surfaces and freshly chipped faces of nanoporous composite materials composed of Al2O3, Si, and SiO2 matrices and KH2PO4, NH4H2PO4 nanocrystals was investigated. Using the methods of X-ray structural analysis and Raman spectroscopy, it is shown that KH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 nanocrystals are synthesized in the layer of the host matrices. The peculiarities of the experimental spectrum of the SiO2:KH2PO4 nanocomposite material were explained with the help of a first-principle analysis of the lattice dynamics of the KH2PO4 crystal. The reflection, absorption and transmission spectra of nanoporous Al2O3 matrices with the inclusion of ADP and KB5 crystals in the range of 1–50 μm were studied. It is shown that the reflection coefficient of the Al2O3 nanomatrix depends on the method of obtaining aluminum sheets, which are used to manufacture the Al2O3 matrix.
