The purpose of the NDR is to substantiate the hygienic principles and criteria for the planning and construction of populated areas, taking into account the latest domestic and international experience to create safe living conditions and preserve public health. Research methods: bibliosemantic, sanitary-hygienic, expert assessment, analytical, sanitary-statistical, risk assessment method. Current sanitary and international legislation in the field of planning and development of the residential and public territory of populated areas has been studied and analyzed; sanitary and anti-epidemic requirements for health care facilities providing inpatient medical care to the population, primary care facilities and centers for emergency medical care and disaster medicine have been developed; developed sanitary and hygienic requirements for living conditions in residential buildings; the effectiveness of air exchange (K = 4.17 1/h) in a classroom of a typical size (52 m²) with 30 and 15 students, taking into account the requirements of the New Ukrainian School, is substantiated. Safety regulations for gas stations and gas stations have been developed.
