It was established that in conditions of social isolation during quarantine the duration of general physical activities (PA) for primary-school-age children should be 1,8-2,3 hours per day including outdoor walking at least 40 minutes/day. Daily duration of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) should be 30-50 minutes a day for girls and 50-65 for boys. Under normal circumstances (in the absence of quarantine restrictions) MVPA for health-saving effect should be 40-60 minutes/day or 1.5 hours 4 times a week for boys, for girls - 30-55 minutes/day or 1.5 hours 3 times a week. For a high level of health, the optimum number frequency of organized sport - 3-4 times a week. It was established that the increasing the duration and numbers of walks during quarantine reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety of primary-school-age children (p < 0,001), however this this effect is not cumulative and starts from walking more than 200 minutes/week. The chances of depressive disorders in children with a duration and frequency of walks of less than 4 times per week with a duration of less than 220 minutes per week are 1.9 times higher (OR = 0.51; CI 0.29-0.89) and anxiety disorders 2.6 times higher (OR = 0.38; CI 0.29-1.00) than in children with more duration and frequency of walks. It was also determined that chances to have medium and high levels of well-being higher by 8.0 times in children with duration of total PA per day more than 2 hours (OR=8,0; CI 1,54-41,63).
