The purpose of the work is to assess microbiological air pollution in residential and public spaces and to develop preventive measures. Subject of research: microscopic fungi, bacteria, air of residential and public spaces. A questionnaire was developed and the results of the questionnaire of 16 residential premises, the air of which was examined for the content of mold fungi, were analyzed. The influence of humidity, namely the presence of leaks or flooding, on the content of mold fungi in the air of residential premises has been established. Representatives of the genus Penicillium sp., Mucor sp., Cladosporium sp., Fusarium sp., Achremonium sp. were identified. and Aspergillus sp. in the air of the premises, which was examined for the content of mold fungi. The air condition of the inspected premises was classified according to the content of mold fungi. The assessment of microbiological pollution was carried out in accordance with the Information Letter on innovations in the field of health care No. 67-2018 "Approximate limit levels of the content of mold fungi in the air of residential and public premises". The positive effect of the use of ozonation on the disinfection of the room using the O3Control ozonator was investigated.
