Of particular and strategic importance are the outlined processes in the functioning of the entire financial services sector in the current context of the spread of COVID-19 virus, which necessitates a change in the model of financial services, the introduction of new restrictions on financial institutions. Particular attention in the project will be focused on studying the processes of transformation of the model of financial behavior of households as a result of digitalization of financial services. This will take into account regional factors in the formation of such a model, how the financial behavior of residents of large cities, regional and district centers, their habits in the use of financial services, the extent to which digitalization processes are actively used by different categories of citizens in consuming financial services. COVID-19 virus has changed the pattern of customer behavior in the consumption of financial services. The obtained results will be transformed into specific recommendations for public authorities to improve the institutional conditions for the functioning of financial institutions, increase the level of information security of citizens used in the educational process.
