Fractions of carbon sorbent powder with a homogeneous size distribution in the submicron spectrum were obtained at the grinding unit. A negative influence of doxorubicin on the hemoglobin level, number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, myeloid and erythroid cells (MEC) of the bone marrow, as well as on some biochemical parameters of animals blood was established. As a result of the administration of Dox in rats in a cumulative dose of 26.0 mg/kg, almost 5-fold increasing the level of creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and a 4-fold increasing of troponin concentration was observed. It has been shown that the daily intake of granular highly active carbon enterosorbent within a month in a dose of 1.5 cm3 helps to reduce the intensity of general toxic and inflammatory-dystrophic processes in the body of rats with EDID, mitigates the manifestations of the heart, liver and kidneys disfunctions, helps to normalize the balance in the pro-oxidant-antioxidant system, restores blood parameters, and also activates regenerative processes in the bone marrow. It was established that intraperitoneal administration of micro-particles of carbon in rats with EDID at a dose of 1.4 mg/ml twice a week for 4 weeks leads to restoration of antioxidant protection parameters, reduces the content of oxidatively modified proteins, secondary products of lipid peroxidation and diene conjugates in the blood and internal organs, restores blood and biochemical parameters, reduces the level of CPK and troponin by 2.2 and 2.6 times, respectively, and also leads to a significant increase in the number of MEC and an increase in their percentage content, which indicates for active regenerative processes in the bone marrow under the influence of carbon nanoparticles.
