Registration Date 13-02-2023 Organization State Institution "National Research Centre For Radiation Medicine of National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  In our study we observed the features of the clinical course, morphological and molecular genetic characteristics of 55 patients with acute and chronic myeloproliferative diseases. The presence of anemia, thrombocytopenia and hemorrhagic disorders in patients with AML was established. Due to the results, there was abnormalities in a standard coagulogram observed in 25% of people with AML: an increase in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time. Therefore, it can increase frequency in the development of hemorrhagic syndrome and complicate the course of the underlying disease. In patients with MPN common coagulation disorders were: a moderate increase in prothrombin time (19.7 s), international normalized ratio (1.34) and fibrinogen concentration (4.08 g/l), that could indicate a disorder in the coagulation system and the readiness of the coagulation system to the formation of blood clots as well as the development/intensification of the hemorrhagic syndrome. Based on the results of our study, a set of clinical, morphological, coagulation, molecular genetic characteristics was formed in patients with acute and chronic MPN.
