Information × Registration Number 0223U002220, 0120U102204 , R & D reports Title Creating the innovative product for the most efficient and energy-efficient use of anisotropic and nanostructured materials in devices of electro-, acousto- and nonlinear optics popup.stage_title Head Zachek Ihor R., Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 13-02-2023 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description2 A number of installations for performing experimental studies of electro-, piezo-, and acousto-optical effects, nonlinear optical measurements were implemented on the basis of the laboratories of Lviv Polytechnic University, the components of the tensors of the specified effects were determined for a number of crystals (CTGS, LiTaO3, LiNbO3:MgO), the characteristics of several nanostructured materials were investigated; the most effective geometries of induced optical effects in KDP, KD*P, ADP, AD*P, BaTiO3, LiIO3, LiTaO3, alpha-HIO3, KTP, KNbO3, etc. crystals were determined on the basis of indicative and extreme surfaces; appropriate sections of crystals were found for their use as working elements in electro-, piezo-, acousto- or nonlinear optical devices and as fillers for the production of nanostructured materials; the correctness of the concept of construction of piezo-optical effect indicating surfaces was experimentally proven, for which ten samples of X/θ sections from the LiNbO3:MgO crystal with angles θ = 0, ± 25, ± 37.5, ± 65 , ± 77.5 and 90 were made; an analytical description of this effect was carried out on the specified samples and working ratios were obtained for calculating the magnitude of the effect based on experimental data; sensitive elements of photoelastic, electro- and acousto-optic cells of optimized geometry were manufactured from selected materials, their high piezo-, electro- and acousto-optic efficiency was experimentally confirmed; for the first time, all ratios for determining all tensor components of elasto-optical coefficients by the Dixon-Cohen method in crystals of symmetry class 3m were recorded and, based on them, the matrix of these coefficients for lithium niobate crystals was filled; optimal conditions for nonlinear optical application of selected anisotropic and nanostructured materials were found; the electrical impedance of some structures based on the Al2O3 mesoporous matrix was studied and it was shown that the  Product Description popup.authors Andrushchak Anatolii Balaban Oksana Buryi Oleh Venhryn Bohdan Danylov Andrii Demianyshyn Nataliia Martyniuk-Lototska Iryna Mytsyk Bohdan popup.nrat_date 2023-02-13 Close
