Incaseofurolithiasis, CPLT iseffectiveinlocalizationofthestoneanditsdensity. Itwasthehighestinpatientswithcalculiofthelowerthird - 95%, thelowestintheupperthirdoftheureter - 66.3%. Laserureterolithotripsywaseffectiveintheupperthirdoftheureterstominimizeretrogradecalculus displacementandsimultaneousendoscopiclasercorrectionofureteralstrictures. Thehighestpresenceofstoneswasinthelower 1/3 oftheureter, thelowest – intheupper 1/3 oftheureter. CPLT andultrasoundurolithotripsyareindicatedforthelowerandmiddle 1/3 oftheureter, laserfortheupper 1/3 oftheureter. ThesafetyofCPLT accordingtothefunctionalstateofthekidneyisconfirmedbydiagnosticmethodsbasedontheactivityofurinaryenzymes NAG and β-Galandwasthehighestintheupper 1/3 oftheureter. Accordingto EMG, theconditionofthekidney, ureters, andbladderafterCPLT improvedconsistentlyuntilfullrecoveryintwomonths. Modificationof CPLT oftheureterwith a Dormialoopshortensthetimeandreducesthefrequencyofstonemigrationfrom 15.4% to 4%, thankstowhich, theoverallefficiencyofthemethodincreasedfrom 84.6% to 96%.
