The work defines the conceptual outline of social entrepreneurship in the conditions of modern society. The economic foundations of the development of social entrepreneurship are defined. The importance of social entrepreneurship in the formation of social capital and solving society's problems is substantiated. The European experience of regulatory regulation of social entrepreneurship is analysed and domestic prerequisites for the development of democratic management in the field of social entrepreneurship are substantiated. The peculiarities of the functioning of the educational infrastructure as an imperative for the development of social entrepreneurship are defined. The theoretical field of social entrepreneurship as the determinant for reintegration of military personnel, veterans of the ATO/JFO and their family members is stated. Socio-psychological features of military personnel, veterans of the ATO/JFO and their family members as subjects of social entrepreneurship development are analysed. The work proposes an approach to considering social entrepreneurship as a key determinant of the successful reintegration of servicemen, veterans of the ATO/JFO due to the ability to combine the factors of successful reintegration. The definition of social entrepreneurship as a social phenomenon that, using business approaches, contributes to social changes at the community level by involving key partners in interaction is improved. The system of factors of the functioning of social entrepreneurship is improved. The interdisciplinary approach to the study of the concept of "participation" as a process and results of joint participation of individuals and their, through the prism of disciplines: public management, economics, management, pedagogy and psychology is developed in the work.
