Registration Date 14-02-2023 Organization Sumy State University popup.description2  Rapid technological progress has led to a growing demand for modern electronic devices with improved features and new functionality. Today, one of the most relevant topics in world science has become flexible electronics, due to the potential application of such devices in sensor technology, for the creation of displays, gas and radiation sensors, thin-film solar cells, thermal generators, etc. Metal oxides are widely used in micro- and nanoelectronic devices because they are cheap, stable in the atmosphere, biologically compatible, and can be obtained using many technologically simple low-temperature chemical methods. However, in many cases, the resources for optimizing the characteristics of known oxides are practically exhausted, which requires the search and investigation of the properties of new oxide compounds with controlled properties, both in the form of nanoparticles and films. Our selection for research of environmentally safe compounds with electron (ZnO: Al (In), Zn2SnO4) and hole (CuO, ZnO: Cu) conductivity will allow us to obtain multilayer structures based on heterojunctions, suitable for further use in the creation of various sensitive elements of flexible electronics, optoelectronics, and solar energy Product Description popup.authors Yevdokymenko Vladyslav Yu.
