The traditional precursors in technology have been replaced by the solvent 646. The developed materials belong to group of granular fibrillar, composite, continuous, anisotropic, fibrous nanostructured systems and belong to 5 class substances - practically non-toxic compounds by Hodge & Stemer. The results of basic and applied research of study the mechanisms of cellulose fibers modified with structuring active additives thermodestruction; carbon formation processes, formation of various nanoforms in carbon and activated carbon fibers structure, allowed to develop scientific and technological principles of carbon fabrication and modification. The value of the work results is determined by the urgent need for qualitatively new functional carbon nanostructured materials, which are needed in various areas of human activity from technology to health and environment, medicine. The developed materials can find application as: - sorbents; - filters for blood and lymph purification; - antibacterial applications for the treatment of wounds; - matrices for immobilization of drugs. These domestic medical products will improve the quality of life, the safety component of prevention and health care.This latest technology for the synthesis of powerful carbon nanostructured materials of directed medical antibacterial action requires the introduction of domestic production to reduce the risk of adverse effects of environmental factors on the health of Ukraine population; in increase medical and environmental standards and improve quality of life and treatment efficiency compared to analogues.
