Huber and Kosyrev-Milroy engines. The purpose of the work is to optimize the design and operating modes of electromechanical converters working on the Huber effect. An analysis of attempts to scientifically explain the effect of the generation of torque in Zh. Huber and Kosyrev-Milroy engines, carried out by various scientists and amateur researchers in the period from 1951 to the present, is carried out. The inconsistency of these explanations with real processes and classical laws of physics is shown. According to the results of the analysis, a scientific explanation of the J. Huber effect is presented, which corresponds to the laws of classical physics. 2 articles were published in professional journals.
