The aim of the project is to identify problems in realizing the potential of young scientists, develop scientifically based practical recommendations, and implement measures to intensify their activities in the integration of science, education, and business. Main tasks: assess the state of the community of young scientists in Ukraine based on the adapted methodology of the European Science Foundation; analyse the expectations of business in Ukraine regarding the professional activities of young scientists to develop a roadmap for the interaction of scientific and educational institutions with business; based on the proposed model of managing the realization of the potential of young scientists in integration of science, education, and business, to develop a draft National Program for Supporting Young Scientists in Ukraine; develop regulations on the functioning of the State Venture Fund, whose investment strategy is aimed at innovative projects and research of young scientists; identify the main components of academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine and propose recommendations for improving the efficiency of academic entrepreneurship; develop proposals for the inclusion of modules of cooperation with business in educational programs for young scientists in Ukraine; develop training methods aimed at goal setting, personal development and soft skills development of young scientists; improve the method of commercialization of human potential on the example of the target group of young scientists and calculate the added value received.
