Considering this, the organization of organic production in agricultural enterprises (at the local level) is impossible without a preliminary survey of the territory of their land use for ecological cleanliness and the level of soil fertility. At the stage of organic land use planning, each type of enterprise (small farms, agricultural holdings, etc.) must use its own algorithm of actions with mandatory agrochemical analysis of the soil condition to assess the suitability of land plots for organic production and organization of the territory of organic land use. The basic principles of the survey of agricultural land are the consistency of regulatory, organizational, methodical and metrological support of this process. It is substantiated that in order to ensure the profitability of organic land uses and the sustainability of their competitive advantages in the food market, organizational-legal, organizational-economic and organizational-land management mechanisms should be involved. The latter provide for the development of ecologically balanced organic crop rotations, the algorithm of which should include: the selection of land massifs suitable for organic crop production both in terms of spatial placement and quality characteristics of the soil cover; determination of ecological and technological limitations in land use; selection of agricultural crops and justification of their alternation in crop rotations; formation of fields and working areas.
