The purpose of the work is to develop new methods of prevention and treatment of recurrences of breast cancer aimed at improving the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life. Research methods and equipment: clinical, morphological, radiological, statistical; "Simens" mammograph, "Aloka" ultrasound device, "Philips BV Pulsera" hagiography device, "Magniterm" device. An analysis of the immediate results of the treatment of breast cancer patients with a high risk of recurrence according to the developed and standard methods was carried out. The results of the combined treatment of patients with a high risk of relapse in three groups were analyzed (a group of patients who underwent oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery; a group of patients with modified poly chemotherapy (PCT); a group of patients with traditional treatment). The results of treatment in the studied groups were evaluated. The comparative analysis of the intermediate results shows the beneficial advantage of the methods of modified chemotherapy and oncoplastic surgery compared to the standard methods of combined treatment. In the main group 1 (modified PCT), an increase in the frequency of cases of partial and complete regression of the tumor was noted (56.7% vs. 46.7% and 43.7%). In the main groups 1 and 2 (modified PCT and oncoplastic operations) there is a tendency to increase two-year recurrence-free survival (80.0% and 83.3% vs. 70.0%). In the main groups 1 and 2 (modified PCT and oncoplastic operations), the quality of life of patients improves.
