The purpose of the stage is to develop a method of closing postoperative wound defects with a free skin flap using a VAC bandage in patients with malignant skin neoplasms. According to the developed and standard methods, 73 thematic patients with skin melanoma, basal cell skin cancer and squamous cell skin cancer were treated: 31 patients of the main group, 20 patients of the first control group, 22 patients of the second control group. The applied modification of dermatome flap transplantation is a completely effective technique (complete engraftment - 54.7%, engraftment of more than half of the graft area - 25.8%, complete necrosis - 0%). Based on the results of the research, one article was published, one article was submitted for publication, two reports were made at scientific conferences. The technique of skin plastic surgery is planned to be used in the routine practice of specialized oncological institutions. Medical efficiency - the use of the developed technique will reduce the number of postoperative complications, shorten the length of hospitalization and improve functional results. Social - the application of the technique will improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the level of disability, and speed up the recovery period. Economic - the length of stay of patients in the hospital and in the hospital will decrease; the number of patients requiring disability will decrease and social payments from the state budget will decrease accordingly.
