The object of the study: the results of treatment of 245 children with neuroblastoma, Ewing's sarcoma and brain tumors. The purpose of the work is to improve the results of treatment of children with neuroblastoma, Ewing's sarcoma and brain tumors in children by double transplantation of autologous hematopoietic cells. Research methods are clinical, radiological, sonographic, morphological, molecular genetic, statistical. Equipment - histoprocessor Histos-5, Milestone, Italy, microtome НМ325 Thermo Scientific, Germany, flow cytometer 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems «Applied Biosystems», USA, ultrasound machine ATL HDI-5000 «Philips» USA. Overall survival of transplanted patients is 42% (neuroblastoma) and 32.5% (Ewing's sarcoma) of patients, while non-transplanted patients are 10% and 27.5%, respectively. BuMel and MES are the optimal conditioning regimens of VDHT with autoTSCPK in the treatment of neuroblastoma and Ewing's sarcoma in children. The implementation of the method of double transplantation of autologous hematopoietic cells statistically reliably increased the recurrence-free survival rate of children with neuroblastoma by 8.3%. The overall survival rate of patients who underwent only one element of VDHT with autologous TSCPC is 51.8%, and the recurrence-free rate is 38.5%. The overall survival rate of patients who underwent double VCT with autologous TSCPC is 63.2%, recurrence-free - 46.8%. The difference is statistically significant, p=0.02. The application of the method of double transplantation of autologous hematopoietic cells statistically reliably increased the overall survival rate of children with BM tumors by 33.3%. The overall 2-year survival rate of patients who underwent only one element of VDHT with autoTSCPK is 50.0%, two elements – 83.3% (р=0.02).
