The purpose of the work: preparation of the methodology for linguistic experts with the aim of developing theoretical and methodological provisions of linguistic expertise on issues of conducting semantic-textual research of speech acts of an offer, promise, acceptance or inducement to provide any benefit for providing practical assistance to forensic experts. Research methods: general scientific and special linguistic: formal-logical, observational, descriptive, comparative, modeling, linguistic-statistical, semantic-syntactic, lexical-grammatical, logical-grammatical, method of discursive analysis, intent analysis, content analysis.
