The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for the identification of anabolic steroids using a complex of physicochemical and instrumental research methods. Research methods - general scientific methods and physico-chemical methods of analysis were used during the research work - optical microscopy, qualitative chemical analysis, thin-layer and gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, etc. Theoretical and practical results - a literature review of domestic and foreign sources of information was carried out, samples were selected with further research using various physico-chemical and instrumental methods.
