The purpose of the work is to evaluate the diagnostic ability, develop and implement optimal algorithms for the use of radiological diagnostic methods in patients with metastatic lesions in the most common malignant neoplasms of the pelvic organs. Research methods - radiodiagnosis, clinical, statistical. Equipment – computer tomography Activion 16 (Toshiba); ultrasound scanners: EnVizor (Phillips), Nemio (Toshiba); MR tomograph Philips INTERA 1.5T, PET/CT tomograph Biograph 64 True Point (Siemens), cyclotron Eclipse RD 11 MeV (Siemens). A complex of X-ray studies was carried out in 100 patients with malignant neoplasms of the pelvic organs, a total of 380 studies were performed. The complex of research includes a set of radiological methods of research (CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET/CT). The main radiological signs of tumors of the given localization and changes in semiotics during the treatment period have been specified and systematized. The role and place of each radiation method, the sequence and expediency of their implementation, depending on the type of treatment, are defined. In order to increase the diagnostic efficiency, the results of the radiological methods of research in a number of cases were compared with the data of morphological studies and the dynamics were evaluated. The obtained results confirm the expediency of using a set of radiological research methods aimed at determining the main radiological signs and changes in diagnostic images during the treatment period. The results of the conducted research made it possible to determine the informativeness of the applied diagnostic methods, their diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity in patients with malignant neoplasms of the pelvic organs. The degree of implementation is optimized methods of applying a complex of radiation research methods. Product Description popup.authors Ashikhmin Andrey V.
