Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Current biochemical, biophysical and nanotechnological methods have been used to create new 2-D and 3-D nanbio structures as a result of the interaction of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT), graphene oxide (GO), restored GO (RGO), MOS2 with biomolecules of different structure. For the first time, the 3-D nanostructural films of the SWNT:RGO: SWNT:GO, and SWNT:GO:enzyme were also created and investigated. A complex of experimental methods, such as fluorescent spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, low-temperature IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, differential spectroscopy of light absorption in UV and visible regions, atom-force microscopy have been used to perform research. The structures of hybrids, the interaction between the components were analyzed by means of quantum-mechanical calculations and the method of molecular dynamics. Practical recommendations can be used in nanbiotechnology, in the development of new nanbiobrids and sensitive devices based on them, in nanomedicine and for maintaining the environment. The results of the project were published in 39 articles in leading domestic and international journals, of which 9 and 18 articles in Q2 and Q3 quartiles, respectively.
