Technological conditions for obtaining the hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites based on triazole-containing tellurhalide samples A2TeX6 have been established. The synthesis and X-ray structural analysis of two triazole-containing samples of A2TeX6 were carried out for 3-[(carboxymethyl)sulfanyl]-4-phenyl-5-phenylamino-1,2,4-triazol-1-ium hexabromotellurate and 5-amino-3-(carboxymethyl)sulfanyl-4-phenyl-5-phenylamino-1,2,4-triazol-1-ium hexabromotellurate, by using the single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction methods.
