O.M. Luk'yanova of National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  As a result of the study, an analysis of the supply of vitamin D in young children with various nosological forms of gastrointestinal food allergy was carried out. For the first time, the clinical and paraclinical features of the course were determined and the cytokine status of young children with allergic intestinal diseases was evaluated depending on the supply of vitamin D. Probable increase in the concentrations of serum cytokines (IL-10 and IL-17A) in allergic inflammation of the intestine has been proven, so their determination can be recommended as markers of the activity of allergic inflammation to control the effectiveness of treatment, including the correction of vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency. According to the results of the study of the frequency of genotypes and alleles at the polymorphic locus BsmI A/G (rs 1544410) of the vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene, a decrease in the serum concentration of 25(OH)D was established in children with the heterozygous variant A/G and the heterozygous variant G/T rs7041 of the gene vitamin D-binding protein (VDBP).The effectiveness of the combination of an aqueous micellar solution of cholecalciferol with a probiotic complex (LGG and Bifidobacterium breve BR03) has been proven, which probably increases the intensity of absorption of vitamin D in allergic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. The obtained results will contribute to the development of methods for the prevention of vitamin D deficiency in young children, taking into account the individual characteristics of its metabolism, in case of allergic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.
