The purpose of the work is to increase the yield of the fine fraction during spraying of liquid metal with nitrogen gas, as well as to study the influence of the determining parameters of spraying on the bulk density and the density of the particles, the fluidity and the shape of the powder particles. Research methods: physical and mechanical studies of powder properties, dynamic image analysis, laser diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, chemical analysis, statistical analysis. Bettersizer S3 Plus image analyzer. A device for determining the angle of a natural slope. Rotap. Hall watering can. Carnet watering can. Volume meter. The state of the issue of obtaining powders of metals and alloys for additive technologies, the main properties of such powders and methods of their research are analyzed. The most important characteristics are particle size, flowability and bulk density were shown. Using an empirical formula, the dependence of the average diameter of the particles on the speed of the atomizing gas flow was constructed. According to the laws of gas dynamics, the gas atomization parameters of the superheated melt of the 10R6M5 base steel were calculated. According to the calculated parameters, a closed-type supersonic nozzle and a modernized high-pressure main of the URS-40 installation were designed and manufactured. Spraying of powders using traditional modes and developed model on a modernized URS 40 installation was carried out. Based on the results of the conducted research of gas atomized and ground powders, as well as their mixtures, issued recommendations on the possibility of their use in 3D printing, The technology of gas spraying of P6M5F3 steel powders with a fraction content of less than 50 μm in an amount of more than 55 wt.% has been developed.   Product Description popup.authors Askerov Mukafat H.
