The purpose of the work is to develop design documentation and manufacture an experimental sample of a roll casting-rolling plant, modeling the stress state of working crystallizer rolls and elements that are in the common zone of thermal and force influence of a roll casting-rolling plant, approving the development and production of an experimental batch of continuous and hollow blanks. Research methods - engineering and analytical methods compatible with the apparatus of applied mathematics and computer modeling. The results of the work are intended for the metallurgical and machine-building industries, are based on patented author's developments and have global scientific novelty, On the basis of a preliminary analysis of the features of the transformation of molten metal, the concept of the device and installation as a whole for roll casting-rolling was developed, sketch design documentation was developed for the manufacture of parts and assemblies of the roll casting-rolling installation. The results of simulation of the stress state of the most loaded parts of the roll casting-rolling installation became a prerequisite for their manufacture. Approbation of the installation confirmed the technology of the method and the device and the prospects of their development and application in industrial conditions.
