The purpose of the study is to develop the conceptual and methodological foundations of forming a preventive anti-crisis economic policy for Ukraine and a system of economic stabilizers to ensure the stability and reliability of the functioning of the economic and social systems of Ukraine in the post-pandemic period. The classification of the consequences of crises of non-economic origin has been developed; the methodical approach to the assessment of these consequences of crises has been developed, which specified by the assessment in four dimensions (field of manifestations, subjective-objective, temporal and macro-mesoeconomic character) and allows to form a cognitive map of the consequences of crises of various aetiologies; based on the analysis of world experience, indicators for assessing the consequences of the crisis are proposed, which can be used in the development of preventive policy measures as criteria for their effectiveness. It was found that the economy of Ukraine did not have a sufficient reserve of strength to counter external crises of non-economic origin - pandemics and military aggression; the main features of the course of the coronavirus infection in Ukraine during the period of martial law were highlighted; there was proved a need to implement a preventive anti-crisis economic policy that would ensure the stability of the socio-economic systems of the country and social protection systems of the population in conditions of instability and increased risks. As a result of the analysis of the genesis of normative legal acts of Ukraine regarding the reduction of the consequences of the coronavirus disease pandemic and state and regional programs of social protection and support for internally displaced persons, problems of the reliability of the social protection system are revealed.   Product Description popup.authors Kriachko Yevhen S.
