The project implementation involved the study of the formation of growth and development indicators of soft wheat plants, grain yield and its quality under long-term use of fertilizers in field crop rotation; the element formation of wheat productivity, resistance to abiotic and biotic factors of the environment and grain quality depending on the doses and periods of nitrogen fertilizer application; scientific rationale for improving the quality of high-protein soft wheat grain with pumpkin processing products. Based on this, the agricultural technology of soft and hard wheat, as well as the production technology of increased biological value, were improved.
