Revascularization of the lower extremities contributed to the growth of the index of the ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes - by 29.4% (р<0.05), the index of the ratio of neutrophils and monocytes - by 5.8%, and the leukocyte index – by 17.97% (р<0. 05). Preoperative preparation reduces the level of endothelial dysfunction. In particular, before surgery, the content of CEC in the blood decreased by 17.99% (p<0.05), P-selectin – by 18.97% (p<0.05), endothelin-1 – by 15.62% (p<0.05), the level of NO – by 13.92%. Revascularization promotes an increase in the level of endothelial dysfunction due to an increase in the content of CEC, P-selectin, Endothelin-1 in the blood, respectively, by 2.3 (p<0.001) times, by 1.1 (p>0.05) times, by 1.7 (p<0.001) times. A staged approach to the surgical treatment of associated occlusive-stenotic lesions of the arteries made it possible to reduce the frequency of reperfusion complications to 18.6% of observations and achieve good results in 83.9% of patients.
