The operation of such systems is possible only under the condition of absolutely reliable power supply. At the same time, according to the "Energy Strategy of Ukraine for the period until 2035", within the next 15 years, Ukraine should increase the share of renewable energy in its total energy balance by almost 3 times - from 8 to 25%. One of the real ways to increase the reliability and efficiency of electricity supply of agricultural production facilities is the transition to autonomous energy supply systems based on the use of own renewable energy sources with a relative cost of production in the range of 0.43...0.98 of the cost of centralized electricity production. According to the results of previous studies, it is recommended to accept the energy of solar radiation (1000-1500 kWh/m2) as the basic natural renewable energy source. Solid biofuel has certain advantages among self-produced renewable energy sources. The structure of electricity consumption by typical agricultural enterprises is determined: for space heating - up to 45%; for ventilation of premises - about 30%; water supply, fodder preparation, feed distribution, waste removal, lighting, irradiation, receiving and moving products - about 25%.
