A phenomenological description of the critical bending of an ideal beam induced by a magnetic field was carried out, and it was established that a spontaneous change in the symmetry of the magnetic state of an ideal beam occurs at the critical point. It is shown that the longitudinal residual magnetization eliminates the uncertainty for the direction of bending of a weakly coercive MAE beam in a transverse uniform magnetic field, while in small fields due to this residual magnetization, the bending is directly proportional to the strength of the magnetic field. It is found that for a weakly coercive MAE beam, the bending critical behavior is preserved, but during the introduction/extraction of the magnetic field, the positions of the critical points do not coincide; the shift of critical points is caused by the magneto-rheological effect. Screening-induced phase transitions in core-shell nanoparticles were studied as a function of particle shape: an oblate disk, a sphere, and a needle, and a strong influence of the screening shell on the phase diagrams and polar properties of the nanoparticle was revealed.
