The purpose of the work is to clarify the role of biogenic elements of cofactor metals in the induction of brassinolide synthesis in plants of different ecomorphotypes, life forms and carbon metabolism under anthropogenic load and abiotic and biotic stress factors. Results and their novelty – exogenous application of brassinolide and ammonium nitrate effectively improved the allelopathic and biochemical state of the soil environment in model experiments with winter wheat and corn. The best result was obtained for the combined action of the specified components, first of all, for 0.2% concentration of ammonium nitrate with brassinolides of different concentrations. As a result of determining the characteristics of the distribution of brassinolides in plant leaves, the consistency of their content with the concentration of nitrogen fertilizers and the intensity of growth processes was established. The total sugar content in the aerial part of сolewort and stevia plants at the beginning of the growing season was 2.97 and 7.32%, in the budding phase – 4.35 and 10.32%, and at the end of the growing season 3.11 and 8.26% . The data on the distribution of brassinolides in plant tissues are consistent with these indicators, namely: their concentration in сolewort leaves during the growing season was in the range of 1.62-1.78 mg/l, stevia - 2.11-2.53 mg/l. Certain regularities in the distribution of brassinolides in leaves and bulbs were revealed. In particular, with a decrease in the content of brassinolides by 1.2-19.0 times, there is an increase in the concentration of silicon in bulbs by 7.6-8.8 times, respectively. Thus, a certain compensatory mechanism is activated in plants under the influence of stress factors when some markers of biochemical resistance are replaced by others, since bot Product Description popup.authors Viter Arsen V.
