The purpose of the work is to propose theoretical and practical approaches to improving accounting, analysis, taxation and control for effective enterprise management. Research methods – balance sheet, statistical analysis, method of comparisons, analytical method. Proposals are presented for improving accounting and auditing: wages, settlements with debtors at trading enterprises, settlements with suppliers by types of economic activity, disposal of fixed assets in the accounting of small business entities within the framework of the organization of the accounting process, production stocks in the context of management accounting, settlements with accountable persons in the conditions of using information systems and technologies in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management. Proposals for improving taxation, accounting, tax reporting, internal and external control: settlements with suppliers, production stocks, administrative costs at a trading company, payroll in pawnshops, value added tax for improving its tax planning and optimizing the tax burden, goods when carrying out export-import operations for effective tax planning at trade enterprises, write-off of fixed assets of budgetary institutions to improve the quality of control and effectiveness of audits. Approaches to improving the unification of primary accounting in the context of digital transformation and organization of accounting processes as a toolkit for quality information support are presented. Proposals for improving the formation of data in the time sheet based on the E-hospital system have been provided. Concepts for assessing the level of control of the City Council management are proposed. Proposals for the implementation of a chat-bot during the documentation of settlements with buyers are provided.
