The results of the research on the generation of atmospheric acoustic waves by a stationary ground based controlled acoustic radiator made it possible to acknowledge the stability of the radiator's operation at the main difference frequency of ̴ 1 Hz. According to the results of experimental studies of ionosphere artificial acoustic excitation after ~ 300÷600 s from the beginning of the excitation changes in the structure of cosmic radio radiation with a shift in the period of prevailing oscillations to a lower frequency region were established.
