The purpose of the work is research, analysis and development of technological models for the organization of intellectual access to scientific electronic library and information resources; development of the toolkit of intelligent library technologies, oriented to use in the modern web environment; integration of electronic information resources of the NBUV into modern digital communication, the development of the electronic research infrastructure of Ukraine. An innovative model of access to library information resources based on library knowledge portals has been researched. Based on the conducted research, intelligent means of information search of the scientific library based on portal solutions were created, portal interfaces were developed for effective and prompt access of scientists to sources of scientific information. The result of the implementation of the developed models and technological solutions was the improvement of the information architecture and the provision of intelligent means of access to integrated national scientific electronic resources: Ukrainika, scientific editions, scientific specialized publications, abstract information, national bibliography, problem-oriented library databases and knowledge according to priority scientific and national-cultural directions. A collective monograph "Library knowledge portals" was prepared, which is devoted to the use of knowledge portals in the activities of scientific libraries, the principles of operation and technology of library knowledge portals, which are intended for the consolidation and implementation of a single system of knowledge organization to improve the system of access to sources of scientific information based on the experience of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.
