The peculiarities of the course of CHD and ACS under the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the military aggression of the Russian Federation relate to both organizational (difficulties in the operation of emergency cardiac care systems caused by martial law, quarantine measures and bed fund overload) and social (existing fears among the population about applying for medical care, motivated by the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection in medical facilities) aspects, as well as purely pathogenetic factors. There is more and more evidence of both the direct impact of the disease and the indirect impact on the organs and systems of the human body (in particular, the cardiovascular system), causing long-term negative changes in their functioning. An important factor that can worsen the prognosis and course of ACS in patients after suffering from COVID- 19, there is a violation of tolerance to carbohydrates and diabetes. Clinical indicators of the risk of an undesirable course of the disease in the infectious disease of COVID-19 were found, among which CHD (myocardial infarction) and heart failure are of leading importance. The integral indicator of violations of the electrophysiological properties of the myocardium according to the data of a standard ECG during hospitalization, which was developed by us, allows to assess the risks of progression of an infectious disease in the early and late stages of the disease. During the hospital period, the patients underwent standard treatment and examination according to the clinical protocol. Vital signs (heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, SpO2, respiratory rate (HR), clinical symptoms and signs from all body systems, weakness on a 100-point visual analog scale (VAS)) were assessed daily.
