The goal of the work is to develop tools to provide consumers with a mechanism for obtaining complete and reliable information about the quality of polished diamonds and other gem stones (GM) in the jewelry they buy. An analytical review of the internationally recognized doctrine of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the jewelry business was performed. The task of the SGCU to provide assistance to businesses within its competence to become a part of the European mechanism of socially responsible European policy regarding conducting business in the field of circulation of GM within the framework of ethics and CSR is substantiated and formulated. The implementation of this task is planned through the development of educational activities and the use of the possibilities of the Internet resource of the State Gemmological Centre of Ukraine. The current problems of the KP and the trade of diamonds from the russian federation (rf), related to the financing of the military-industrial complex of the rf and contributing to the killing of Ukrainians on their own territory, are considered. The well-founded measures of the SGCU aimed at isolating the rf and rb in the KP are highlighted. Formulated advice to consumers on stopping the consumption of russian diamonds. The implementation of the results is planned in the form of an Internet resource of the SGCU "Precious stones - seller's and user's guide", which is the newest for Ukraine. The work is important from the point of view of forming a positive image of Ukraine as a European, competitive state with a favorable business climate and a high level of protection of the rights of consumers.
