The methods of modification of aluminum alloys by the developed ligatures are improved. The processes of effective modification of cast aluminum alloys Ti, Zr, Co, Cr, V, Mo are proposed and the optimal temperature for the introduction of these modifiers into the melt is determined for production conditions. Isothermal pressing produced bar ligature, as well as dispersed (0.07 mm) rapidly crystallized fibers extracted from the matrix melt for modification of alloys in chill mold casting and in the crystallizer of the continuous casting machine. The use of such ligatures made it possible to increase the ductility of cast semi-finished products and products from alloy B96Ц1 by 40-60 %. It is established that after complex MHD-plasma treatment of aluminum alloy B93 the mechanical properties of cast products are increased: tensile strength by 10 %, yield strength by 18 %, relative elongation - by 48 %. The average grain size in continuously cast ingots is reduced by 3 times. After deep blowing of the melt with a plasma jet with zinc vapor for 10 minutes, the grain size in ingots of alloy B96Ц1 decreases by 55%.
