Registration Date 01-03-2023 Organization V. Bakul Institute of superhard material of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  Shrinkage dynamic and micro-, macropores healing for samples from ВК20 hard alloy printed by the FDM method was simulated. It was determined that during sintering at a certain temperature, the reduction of residual porosity depends on both time and pressure of sintering. Since the holding time of the hard workpiece is inversely dependent on the pressure, it is necessary to coordinate these two technological parameters to avoid microstructure coarsening. By means of the developed structural-statistical model, the regularities of deformation hardening for ВК20 hard alloy with different grain sizes were investigated. For the first time, real flow diagrams were constructed theoretically and their characteristics under uniaxial compression and tension were determined. It was established in accordance with obtained results and the developed criteria of static and fatigue strength, that the matrix for pressing metal powders, sintered from VK20, withstands several times more load cycles before failure than the steel prototype, which is currently used in modern powder metallurgy technologies.
