Mechnikov National University popup.description2 The physico-chemical properties of smoky plasmas, which increases the energy efficiency of creating a false target to protect aircraft from missiles with radar guidance heads, have been studied. A unique result of practical research is the theoretical justification and natural explanation of the experimental fact that the shielding length in dense plasma can be an increasing function of the concentration of charged particles, which became possible thanks to the developed theory of dense plasma taking into account the sizes of charges. It is shown that taking into account the closed Carnahan–Starling formula for the contribution of solid spheres of finite size and density to the free energy of the DP significantly improves the Poisson–Boltzmann (ideal gas of point ions) and Kirkwood (ideal gas of ions of finite size) approximations. This creates real conditions for the emergence of ordered spatial structures of particles in the plasma. Similar models of other authors do not allow the existence of a triple point at all. A model of the melting of small crystalline structures in the form of clusters, agglomerates of nanoparticles, or spatially ordered formations of condensed charged particles has been developed. It was found that crystal-like structures have a fractal character, and the fractal dimension depends on the number of particles in the cluster and its variety. Useful developments are the study of the properties of small crystal structures of the agglomerate type, or spatially ordered structures of particles and their relationship with the "melting" temperature, the determination of the dependence of the "melting" temperature on the size, concentration of particles and fractal dimension, as well as the determination of the dependence of the concentration of free electrons on characteristics of particles (size, ionization potential, work of electron output).
