It was found that under hypercalcemia conditions, the viability of hippocampal neurons decreases, with an increase in the number of necrotic neurons. It was determined that the nonspecific calcium conductance blocker lanthanum retains the ability to enhance impulse activity under conditions of CCCP, i.e., there may be mechanisms for restoring neuronal functionality in case of partial mitochondrial dysfunction. We also studied the processes of activation and desensitization of TRPV1 channels under the influence of capsaicin. It was shown that there is a dependence of the amplitude of calcium transients through the TRPV1 channel on the concentration of external calcium, which is characterized by non-linearity and saturation. The mechanism of starvation in rats was also investigated. It has been shown that the most likely mechanism by which starvation increases the body's response to concomitant stress is the previously described mechanism of CRN-neuron sensitization. In our experiments, in intact cells under hypoxia, a 28% increase in the expression of the Кv1.2 gene was recorded compared to intact cells under normoxia, which is explained by the fact that compensatory mechanisms are activated in cells under stress, since an increase in the expression of Kv1.2 channels leads to an increase in membrane hyperpolarization and, accordingly, a decrease in its excitability. It is concluded that Purkinje neurons are sensitive to hypoxic conditions, and their calcium overload can lead to apoptosis and subsequent death. We found a pronounced cumulative effect of memantine, the drug was well tolerated, improved learning ability and motivational behavioral characteristics, reducing anxiety and fear, which can be generally characterized as an adapt Product Description popup.authors Bogdanova Natalia О.
