The purpose of the work is the development of the latest ecologically safe biological preparations based on the metabolites of soil streptomycetes and the applied justification of the concept of obtaining and using new generation preparations with bioprotective and immunoprotective properties, which are characterized by a complex bioprotective and priming effect on plants. Research methods are microbiological, nematological, entomological, biotechnological, biochemical, statistical. Bioprotective preparations were created - compositions based on metabolites of Streptomyces avermitilis, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aureofaciens with bioprotective and immunoprotective properties. The properties of biological preparations based on metabolites of streptomycetes, as well as elicitors and humates, were studied. An initial evaluation of their effect on harmful organisms in field conditions against a natural and artificial invasive background was carried out. Their high nematicidal, entomopathogenic and phytostimulating properties were confirmed when tested in crop production. Methods of obtaining biopreparations of complex action in one biotechnological process of cultivation of streptomycetes-producers are substantiated.
