The environment is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and does not always favor the activity of such organizational and technological objects (OT). In order to survive and develop in modern conditions, OTO must not only adapt to the external environment by adapting its internal structure and external behavior. On the contrary, OTO should actively shape the external conditions of its activity, constantly identifying threats and potential opportunities in the external environment, which is especially important in crisis conditions. In this regard, this work sets the urgent task of increasing the efficiency of management of complex organizational and technological objects due to the development of new complex technologies of intelligent management in crisis conditions. The object of research is the processes of managing complex organizational and technological objects in crisis conditions. The subject of the research is theoretical provisions, fundamental principles, methodologies for creating IT management of complex organizational and technological objects in crisis conditions. The goal of the project is the development of new complex technologies of intelligent management of complex organizational and technological objects in crisis conditions. The main scientific result is a set of technologies for intelligent management of complex organizational and technological objects, which includes formalized management methods and heuristic methods of decision-making, based on assessing the current state and forecasting the future, taking into account the influence of environmental factors and risks.
