This is due to the fact that there is no land management zoning, and it is planned to implement functional zoning of the territory, which is carried out mostly by specialists in the field of urban planning and architecture, which will lead to unreasonable development of natural landscapes and agricultural lands in the future. In turn, such powers and decentralization of power places the responsibility on the heads of territorial communities and local deputies to make rational decisions aimed at developing and increasing the investment attractiveness of the territorial community. Using generally accepted indicators of the sustainability of the country and regions, a set of economic and ecological indicators designed to assess the level of sustainable development of the territory of the territorial community is proposed.
