Object: Patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Research methods: General clinical, sonographic, CT, pathomorphological, immunohistochemical. Results: Depending on the treatment method, patients were divided into 3 groups. Group 1 included 36 (48.6%) patients who underwent radical cystectomy with iliocystoneoplasty, in 2 - 22 (29.7%) after transurethral resection (TUR) of a bladder tumor with adjuvant chemotherapy, in 3 - 16 (21.6%) after TUR of a bladder tumor with adjuvant chemoradiotherapy. The 5-year follow-up period of oncological treatment results in the three groups probably did not differ.
